2nd ANNUAL 2010 CANDY CANE GALA, A Toys for Tots and Community fundraiser

VENDING OPPORTUNITY

The event will take place:

Date:        Sunday December 12, 2010
Time:        5:00 pm until
Place:      PAPA T’s Bar & Grill
                  4660 W. 147th (East of Cicero)
                  Midlothian, IL 60445

 This year, we expect over 200 people to be in attendance as we raise toys for the non-profit organization Toys for Tots. To reinforce our community seed we are donating 15% of the proceeds to Thornton Township and Supervisor Frank M. Zuccarellis Chrismas Tree Program, which handles in-kind and monetary distribution to those less fortunate during the holiday season.

This year Undiscovrd will provide slots for a SELECTED few vendors. Vendor spots are ONLY $35.00. This includes:

• Admittance for one person.
• One table and Chair.
• Restroom and food relief by one of our Candy Cane Helpers.
• Company information in our handouts.

Any additional assistants MUST purchase a ticket. Set-up time is between 3:00 pm to 5:30pm. If you are not set-up within that time frame you will not be able to set-up your booth. No refunds. (No exceptions will be made) Please download the application and email back to Kalindap@undiscovrd.com no later than Monday December 6, 2010.
